Big Brother Spoilers: Week 8 Nominations Revealed, but Will the Looming Twist Save Everyone?

Nominations day in the Big Brother house brought some shifting dynamics as targets became more obvious.

In the aftermath of Katherine’s eviction, the houseguests started to ponder what the next week could look like.

On Thursday evening, Keanu won the Head of Household, gaining the power for the first time this season.

While he didn’t want to reveal his complete plans right away, he was vocal with Vince about burning him too many times.

Vince has sent three of Keanu’s allies home, which has had a detrimental effect on Keanu and has caused a lot of distrust between them.

Knowing the writing was on the wall, Vince tried to switch things up and put the target on someone else, but Keanu told his one-time friend that he wanted Morgan to go.

Putting Vince on the block with Morgan was a good idea because it would mean they couldn’t save each other with the golden Power of Veto.

Keanu Is Safe This Week on Big Brother

While many houseguests this season, including Keanu, have struggled to play the game with a sliver of strategy, it seems that Keanu is thinking several steps ahead.

In recent weeks, Keanu has been anti-Rachel, Ashley, and Mickey, so it seemed like a foregone conclusion that those three would wind up on the block.

However, he made friends with Rachel again ahead of the competition, and the pair seems poised to work together for at least a few more weeks.

Keanu also doesn’t believe Ashley is a big threat this week, which is a heel turn from earlier in the season when he wanted her on the block.

Keany has been left upset by those closest to him’s actions in the game so far, so it was inevitable he would want to get some form of revenge to bounce back.

At the nominations ceremony, he put Vince, Mickey, and Morgan on the block. This presents a significant opportunity to remove a major player from the game.

Mickey has proven to be a competition beast, with a recent blockbuster and Veto win, indicating that she knows how to save herself when her back is against the wall.

Mickey Could Save Herself Again

If either of the nominees removes themselves from the block, Keanu will be in a bit of a pickle. He wants Morgan out, but if Vince or Mickey go, it won’t be detrimental to his game.

It’s hard to imagine him taking a shot at Rachel because he doesn’t seem to want to be the one to make the call to get rid of her.

We still have a Veto in play and BB Blockbuster, so these nominations could change before we get to eviction night.

Plus, there’s some form of twist on the way as the Hotel Mystere faces a visit from an unwanted guest.
