'Drop': Underrated Thriller Starring Meghann Fahy Sets Streaming Date
If you missed it in theaters or were unable to see it when it hit VOD earlier this year, director Christopher Landon's excellent 2025 thriller, Drop, has finally set a streaming release date. Premiering on April 11, 2025, the Blumhouse/Platinum Dunes collaboration was only in cinemas for a limited time, and grossed $28.8 million against an $11 million budget. Despite its short theatrical run, however, the film was largely praised by critics, as is evident by its Certified Fresh rating of 84% on Rotten Tomatoes.
