'Friday the 13th' Short Film Disappoints Fans With Corporate Tie-In
The name Jason Voorhees used to instill fear in the hearts of campers everywhere, but after lying dormant for more than 15 years, he's not exactly everyone’s worst nightmare these days. Now, the iconic horror villain is set to return in a new Friday the 13th short film to help celebrate 45 years of body parts, machetes, and blood, but once you hear what it's about, the new film unfortunately seems like nothing more than a wild cash grab.
