Is 'Jurassic World Rebirth' a Horror Movie? Director Says Sequel Goes a "Bit Further"
Jurassic World Rebirthdirector Gareth Edwards has teased one major difference between the upcoming installment and previous franchise entries. His film is intended to be a soft reboot of the series, serving as a standalone sequel to Jurassic World Dominion, set five years after, with a new cast led by Scarlett Johansson and Jonathan Bailey. There will be several dino threats along the way, including the D-Rex, a monstrous mutant that will no doubt dial up the fear factor, as Edwards admits the film leans more into horror than ever before.
