James Gunn Reveals 'Superman' Sequel Plans a Month Before Its Release

The rebooted DCU is finally making its way to the big screen next month with the release of Superman. After two years of waiting, the Man of Steel (played by David Corenswet) is ready to take to the skies against Lex Luthor (Nicholas Hoult). The film is expected to dominate the box office, and DC Studios is so sure it will be a hit, it's already begun work on a sequel... sort of. James Gunn, who wrote and directed Superman, recently revealed that Superman will, unsurprisingly, have a long future in the DCU, and the character's second outing is already being developed.
