One Fan-Favorite 'The Office' Character Is Coming Back for the New Spinoff

Calling all fans of The Office! After much anticipation, the official trailer for the new spinoff series The Paperhas finally arrived. The same documentary crew that took us inside Dunder Mifflin’s Scranton branch has found a new subject: The Toledo Truthteller, a historic (but struggling) newspaper located in Toledo, Ohio. While many Office fans were hesitant about The Paper, the first-look trailer has made some quite optimistic about the new Peacock series, which is set to premiere in September. This group of reporters have their own awkward, yet unique, flair about them, making them stand out from the characters we came to know and love. Office creator Greg Daniels is returning for the spinoff alongside Nathan for You co-creator Michael Koman — and if you're still missing the Dunder Mifflin crew, you’ll be happy to know that one fan-favorite character from the American version of The Office will make a cameo in the upcoming spinoff.
