'Weapons' Director Zach Cregger Wrote DC Film With Batman, Joker & Harley Quinn
Zach Cregger's sophomore effort, Weapons, is finally in theaters, and the film is already receiving rave reviews. The horror thriller currently holds a 96% "fresh" rating on the review aggregate website Rotten Tomatoes, further proving that Cregger has made another hit. However, that doesn't mean the filmmaker is resting on his laurels—quite the opposite, in fact. As it turns out, the horror director is already hard at work on his Resident Evil movie, among other projects. In his collection of scripts which he has written so far, there is one particularly interesting, as it takes place in the DC Universe.
