Stream 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners' on Netflix Before 'Blade Runner 2099'
With Prime Video expected to unveil Blade Runner 2099 in the near future, Netflix's hit anime series Cyberpunk: Edgerunners is the perfect neo-noir placeholder. The unanimously acclaimed animated miniseries serves as a standalone story to the mega-popular video game Cyberpunk 2077, which, in turn, is famously inspired by Ridley Scott's 1982 science fiction classic Blade Runner. Scott is also involved with the new Blade Runner 2099 live-action TV series, the first small-screen franchise iteration that will star Michelle Yeoh.
