Twenty One Pilots fans came together in hunt for huge drum stolen from band after Manchester gig

Twenty One Pilots fans teamed up to find a huge drum that was stolen from the band at the end of their show in Manchester last night (May 11).
The duo are currently on the UK leg of their huge ‘Clancy’ world tour, making their most recent stop at Manchester’s AO Arena. Footage began circulating on social media of a fan carrying a bass drum branded with the band’s logo across the arena floor after the show, leaving fans confused at how this could have happened.
Another TikTok appeared to show a security member approaching the fan carrying the drum and briefly speaking to them before they carried on walking.
The drum in question seems to be the one used when the band play their traditional set closing song ‘Trees’, for which they come down into the venue’s standing area.

Fans who were at the show shared information between themselves and on social media as they attempted to find out what had happened and where the drum was.
Word has now begun spreading that the drum has been found at the hotel where the fan who took it was staying.
One fan on social media wrote that police had gone to the hotel where they were staying in the hopes of retrieving it. This was accompanied of someone holding the drum outside the hotel.
i think what should be the last update of the night is that police was at the hotel but hotel policy isnt allowing staff to give out the room number and stuff—the boys have left the city already but security is staying there so that they can hopefully catch them before checkout

Twenty One Pilots will conclude the UK run – and the entire world tour – with two nights at London’s O2 Arena tomorrow and Wednesday (May 13-14). Visit here for tickets and more information.
The album the tour is in support of, ‘Clancy’, came out last May, and in a three-star review, NME wrote: “The record fares better when it shoots for genuine experimentation, like on the weird, spacey ‘Lavish’; otherwise, ‘Clancy’ is more often than not the sound of a band spinning their wheels, caught in a strange space where their colourful conceptual ideas are being painted from a beige musical palette.”
Since then, the band has also released ‘The Line’, taken from the Arcane soundtrack.
