It's no secret that Rust is one of the most controversial projects to get completed in recent memory due to the tragic death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. However, despite that fact, critics have weighed in on the final product, and it seems to be a heavily divisive entry in the Western genre. It's hard to separate the behind-the-scenes tragedy from what is on-screen, but thankfully, it seems Hutchins' work is getting the bulk of the praise despite mixed reviews.
