'Attack of the Killer Tomatoes' Franchise Gets New Sequel After 30 Years
If you had killer tomatoes on your 2025 bingo card, you're in luck. The beloved cult classic franchise that began in 1978 is back with a new sequel titled Attack of the Killer Tomatoes: Organic Intelligence, which promises to "pit the eternal power of nature against AI's best and brightest." Directed by David Ferino, this will be the first feature film in the franchise since 1992, and the fifth overall in the zany series that mixes horror, comedy, and parody.
