Since it was confirmed that seven actors from the 20th Century Fox X-Men films would return for Avengers: Doomsday, many fans began to speculate that the movie would partially adapt Avengers vs. X-Men. This 2012 storyline pitted Marvel's two most iconic teams together. With Avengers: Doomsday currently filming, it appears one of the fights will see the X-Men characters trade blows, but not with the Earth's Mightiest Heroes, but instead Marvel's First Family, The Fantastic Four.
