HBO Max to Give Acclaimed Anime 'The Colors Within' its Streaming Debut
HBO Max continues to add even more content to its already expansive library, striking an exclusive licensing deal with GKids to bring 20 films to its catalog. The films range from live-action to animated, with most projects targeting an adult audience, and help to cement HBO Max as one of the best streaming services for Japanese animation. Ever since the platform's launch in 2020, HBO Max has become well known for featuring most of Studio Ghibli's legendary titles. Now, with this new deal with GKids, the platform will be home to even more famous anime titles, including one recently released film that will make its streaming debut on HBO Max: The Colors Within.
