James Cameron's 89% RT Marine Masterpiece 'The Abyss' Will Have a Rare Streaming Release
James Cameron's science fiction masterpiece of 1989, The Abyss, has found a new streaming home. The sci-fi thriller is set to be added to Hulu's library on July 4, meaning users will have access to one of the best films by the Avatar director. Though the film is already available on Disney+ in some regions, it's pretty rare for The Abyss to be widely available. However, the version which will stream on Hulu is the theatrical cut, and not the much longer Special Edition. Those seeking the longer cut featuring Cameron's original vision of the movie can find it on digital services or physical media.
