Nicholas Hoult's Lex Luthor in 'Superman' Is the Best We've Ever Had
Spoiler Alert: Spoilers follow for SupermanYou will believe a man can fly… and can restore faith in DC movies. Superman, the first installment in the rebooted DC Universe, is finally in theaters. Several consecutive critical and commercial bombs have led many to lose faith in the brand over the last few years, so it's not overstating to say DC has had virtually everything riding on this film. Fortunately, it more than delivers; it's both a refreshingly updated take on a pop-culture icon and a welcome reminder that comic-book films can and should be fun.
