Noel Gallagher shares his guitar rig set-up for Oasis ‘Live ’25’: “Should anybody be remotely interested”

Noel Gallagher has shared a photo of his guitar rig set-up for the Oasis reunion shows. Check it out below.

The post comes as the Britpop giants are set to play the first of seven Live ’25 dates at London’s Wembley Stadium tonight (July 25), following two gigs in Cardiff and a five-night homecoming residency at Manchester’s Heaton Park.

They mark their first gigs together since Liam and Noel’s infamous split in 2009, and will continue on Saturday (26), next Wednesday (July 30), Saturday (August 2) and Sunday (3).

After taking their huge reunion tour to Edinburgh, Dublin and North America, Oasis will then head back to London for an additional two concerts at Wembley on September 27 and 28.

Now, Noel has shared a photo of the guitar rig he has been using at the live dates. He posted the update on Instagram today, along with the simple caption: “Should anybody be remotely interested…”

The photo shows his pedalboard on the stage, and reveals the effects he has been using throughout his recent run of shows. It includes not one, but three ZVEX Lo-Fi Loop Junky pedals, an SIB Electronics Echodrive Delay, a Boss RV-3 Digital Reverb/Delay, a Dunlop Cry Baby Wah pedal and more.

Naturally, the photo has got some fans talking about the choice of gear online, with some taking to Reddit to dissect different parts of the rig.

In one part of the discussion, fans speculated why the singer-songwriter and guitarist had three Loop Junky pedals, and speculated that each would be preloaded with a certain effect needed for specific songs.

One user noticed that the pedals had the stickers reading “R&R/B,” “CS,” and “DYK” on them, and pondered if each could be set up for performances of ‘Rock & Roll Star’, ‘Champagne Supernova’ and ‘D’You Know What I Mean?’.

It’s worth noting that this tour has seen Noel step up his guitar duties, and take on more lead guitar roles during the live dates than at his previous shows. He first began to share insight into his Live ‘25 set-up last October, long before the tour kicked off, when he showed Goldie around his studio.

At the start of the month, NME gave Oasis’ first concert at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium a glowing five-star review, writing: “After a ‘90s heyday and an often maligned post-millennium era, this is Oasis redesigned for the 21st Century.

“Playing before a pop-art-meets-psychedelia visual spectacular that never distracts but will look sick on a phone, they seem the quintessential stadium band playing the greatest hits of greatest hits.”

Ahead of tonight’s London show, ticketless fans have been warned that they will be “moved on” if they congregate outside Wembley Stadium while the performances are on, and Wembley Park has announced a new outdoor exhibition of iconic Oasis photos in the run-up to the massive London gigs. You can see the weather forecast for the gigs here, and the full stage times here.

Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs has also shared an update ahead of the London dates, showing the empty venue, before fans flock in tonight. Check it out below.

Earlier this month, Oasis’ homecoming show made headlines after many ticketless fans congregated at a nearby field overlooking Heaton Park – where they could see the big screens and hear Oasis performing. The view was later obstructed by the council for the final three shows, but when determined fans still gathered there, Liam dedicated ‘Bring It On Down’ to those who were gathered at ‘Gallagher Hill’.

At the final Heaton Park gig, Oasis then sent official ‘Gallagher Hill’ T-shirts to fans at the site and live-streamed the action from the hill on the stage’s big screens.
