Noel Gallagher’s daughter Anaïs on Oasis fans asking her about ticketing and merch: “What the fuck do I know about Ticketmaster?”

Noel Gallagher‘s daughter Anaïs has hit out at Oasis fans messaging her about ticketing and merchandise queries – see what she had to say below.
Anaïs took to TikTok recently to share a seemingly now-deleted video in which she tells fans that she’s not sure how to help fans with their ticketing and merch questions. The video was recorded and has since been uploaded onto a fan page on Instagram.
In the video, Anaïs says: “I just want to say: what is it about some Oasis fans? Let me fucking tell you – it’s not just the boomers – DMing me like I’m fucking Ticketmaster or Shopify or something. People are messaging me like ‘Oh, I’m having trouble transferring my ticket to somebody. This is my Ticketmaster code.’ What the fuck do I know about Ticketmaster?”
“Or ‘the t-shirts are sold out in my size. do you know which shops are stocking my size?’ how am I meant to know? I wish I could help you but… I don’t know.”
Anaïs continues: “I am kind of baffled that you got an issue and you think like ‘Oh y’know what, let me DM Anaïs, she’s going to know how to transfer my ticket.’ Guys, I can’t.”

Her comments come after Oasis kicked off their mammoth reunion tour earlier this month (July 4) at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff. The comeback gig scored a glowing five-star review from NME‘s Andrew Trendell, who wrote: “This is all you ever would have wanted from Oasis in 2025: they look cool, sound fucking amazing, and they want to be here. The truth is Liam’s voice hasn’t sounded this good in 20-odd years, Noel’s lead moments spotlight him as the songwriter’s songwriter and still The Chief.”
As for the reunion tour ticketing fiasco, all 41 of Oasis’ shows are sold out, but not without controversy. When tickets went on sale, thousands of fans were left infuriated as they waited for hours in queues as the cost of tickets appeared to surge due to demand without warning.
Oasis said at the time that they “at no time had any awareness that dynamic pricing was going to be used” in the sale, claiming that “prior meetings between promoters, Ticketmaster and the band’s management resulted in a positive ticket sale strategy, which would be a fair experience for fans, including dynamic ticketing to help keep general ticket prices down as well as reduce touting, the execution of the plan failed to meet expectations.”
The band later announced “a small step towards making amends for the situation” with “a special invitation-only ballot ticket sale strategy” for two additional Wembley gigs on September 27 and 28.
In March, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) warned that Ticketmaster may have “breached the law” and “misled fans” during the sale last summer, while earlier this month, the UK competition watchdog wrote to Ticketmaster threatening legal action over its “misleading” methods of selling tickets for the tour.
On the matter of merchandise, here’s a look at the merchandise and their prices at the first two Cardiff reunion shows – you can take a deeper look at their pop-up store offerings here.
Elsewhere, Anaïs also previously hit out at the “ageism” and “misogyny” swirling on social media following Oasis‘ reunion announcement, with some sharing hypothetical concerns that they’d be beaten to tickets by young women just wanting to hear ‘Wonderwall’ live.
In response, Anaïs said: “One thing I won’t stand for is the ageism and the misogyny around people getting tickets.”
After their five shows in Manchester, Oasis will play seven nights at London’s Wembley Stadium, and make stops in both Edinburgh and Dublin. From there, they will head to North America, South America, Australia, South Korea and Japan.
