'Ransom Canyon' Scores Low With Critcs on Rotten Tomatoes With Taylor Sheridan Comparisons
Netflix has been attempting to steer audiences away from the Yellowstone universe of Taylor Sheridan with their own epic Western series, Ransom Canyon. However, months after the series was teased as a worthy replacement for Sheridan's sprawling shows, its arrival has turned out to be a very divisive affair, with the show gaining a less-than-convincing Rotten Tomatoes score from critics, and plenty of comparisons with Sheridan’s mighty Paramount+ franchise.
