While those who are interested in the state of the U.S. economy went into overdrive as it shrank for the first time in three years – which, of course, is all down to the previous administration (no, it isn’t) – users on X/Twitter were more interested in delivering a verdict on Trump’s opinions on how his increasing wave of tariff could impact some family’s spending this Christmas.
