'Stranger Things' Creators in Talks to Leave Netflix for Paramount Following Season 5

Stranger Things took Netflix to a new level when its first season debuted on the streamer in 2016. The service was already on the rise from previous original productions like Orange Is the New Black (2013). Still, something about the science fiction horror series made Netflix the destination for quality, new shows, and movies. The Duffer Brothers, who created Stranger Things, have played a vital role in keeping the streamer neck-to-neck with competitors like Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and Paramount. However, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the brothers are reportedly in talks to leave Netflix for Paramount, and they're eyeing a deal that could be too good to pass up.
