'Tucker & Dale vs. Evil' Director Says David Zaslav Killed Spin-off TV Series
Tucker & Dale vs. Evildirector Eli Craig has admitted that the kill count is extremely high when it comes to making a follow-up to his 2010 cult horror comedy. There have been several attempts to bring Alan Tudyk and Tyler Labine's backwoods buddies back to the screen, but he says every idea has been killed off "for one reason or another." Among the projects was a spin-off TV series that was canceled ahead of production by Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav (or, as Craig refers to him, "the slayer of cinema").
