10 Most Powerful MCU Villains Introduced in the 2020s
Much of the discussion about the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the 2020s has centered on the perceived decline of the franchise. Avengers: Endgame seemed to mark the peak of the series, with Thanos and his quest to wipe out half of all life in the universe making him a pop culture touchstone and easily the most powerful villain in the MCU up until that point. Yet since 2020 (or 2021, since that is when the first phase four MCU title was released due to the COVID-19 pandemic), the franchise certainly has had no shortage of villains. Many of the threats post-Endgame have been even more powerful than Thanos.
