Action Star Marko Zaror Reveals The Terminator Inspired His 'Diablo' Villain
Who is the greatest action movie star working today? Sure, there are some go-to names that might jump off your tongue, but other impressive fist-wielders don't always get the same spotlight. Lionsgate's latest action movie Diablo, out now, features two underrated icons who have starred in hit franchises like John Wick and Undisputed. Scott Adkins and Marko Zaror seem to pair like spaghetti and meatballs on the big screen. In Diablo, Adkins leads the charge as its protagonist, while Zaror steals his scenes as the ultimate villain — who happens to be missing a hand (not that it holds him back in any way). MovieWeb recently spoke with Zaror while he was promoting the new action film, and the celebrated martial artist opened up about fleshing out his terrifying "bad guy" alongside Diablo director Ernesto Díaz Espinoza.
