Flopped Slasher From 'A Quiet Place' Writers Lands Streaming Home on Shudder

Haunt, the ultra-violent slasher from 2019, has landed a new streaming home. Written and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods of A Quiet Place fame, the horror film was a box office disappointment back when it was originally released. Per Box Office Mojo, the film only grossed a little more than $2 million against its $17 million production budget. Nevertheless, it is a rare case of a slasher film that actually received good reviews from critics. Today, it sits at a 71% critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes. It is one of the few modern horror films with a 100% score on the audience score on the site.
