'Full Metal Jacket' Is One of Tom Hardy's Favorite Movies
It’s not a stretch to say that Tom Hardy is one of our best working actors. Ever since breaking out to mainstream audiences in 2010 with his scene-stealing turn in Inception, he’s proven astonishingly versatile. He’s done magnetic work both in indie films like Bronson and Locke, and in blockbusters like Mad Max: Fury Road and The Revenant (the latter earned him his first Oscar nomination, for Supporting Actor). This was all before his comic book movie recognition, as he played the title character in Venom and Bane in The Dark Knight Rises.
