James Cameron Warns That AI Could Start "Terminator-Style Apocalypse"

James Cameron is already gearing up to work on his next big feature-length project after Avatar: Fire and Ash. While there are a few more Avatar sequels in various stages of development, the filmmaker has been highly vocal about wanting his next film to be about the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. To that end, Cameron has worked closely with a long-time collaborator and author, Charles R. Pellegrino, to adapt his newly released book, Ghosts of Hiroshima, into a feature film. The novel tells the firsthand accounts of numerous survivors, including Tsutomu Yamaguchi, a man who survived the bombings at both Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
