Chris Pratt's Debut Movie Was a 'Blair Witch Project' Ripoff
Chris Pratt, love him or hate him, has certainly managed to create quite an impressive filmography, playing everything from a Marvel hero to a Dinosaur-wrangling alpha to an Italian plumber (for some reason). Yet, every actor has to start somewhere, and for a young, awkward Pratt, his breakthrough came after being spotted at Bubba Gump Shrimp in Hawaii for a short film titled Cursed Part 3 (2000). Director Rae Dawn Chong was the one who encouraged Pratt to pursue acting, but his debut in a Blair Witch Project parody is far from what one would expect as a typical career launcher.
