Nicolas Cage's latest film, The Surfer, landed in theaters on May 2, and the film is already being hailed as one of the best the Academy Award winner has made in recent years. However, the movie, shot in Australia, was not exactly a joyride for the actor, who says that during production he faced the wrath of the sea, revealing that he could have "died" when making it.
