Popular Webtoon 'Wind Breaker' Shut Down After Controversy Surrounding Legal Plagiarism Claims

In an interesting and disappointing development, the incredibly popular Webtoon Wind Breaker (not to be confused with the fighting manga that shares the same name by Satoru Nii) has been suddenly canceled without warning. The announcement came with the latest (and final) chapter, in the form of a message from creator Jo Yong-seok. Unfortunately, this seemingly instant cancellation was due to the fact that several instances of plagiarism had been discovered in Jo Yong-seok's work on the series, which is unacceptable in industries such as these, with the author sadly confirming that the plagiarism accusations were true.
