'Gen V' Showrunner Explains How 'The Boys' Spin-Off Will Honor the Late Chance Perdomo in Season 2
The second season of Prime Video's Gen V is almost here, and as well as delivering big on the gross-out superhero action, the series also has some incredibly big boots to fill; those of the late actor Chance Perdomo. But the series isn't filling the proverbial boots. Instead, following the actor's untimely passing in 2024, showrunner Michele Fazekas revealed that his part won't be recast in the second season. Instead, Gen V has elected to write Perdomo's death into the series. As The Boys fans build up to the release of Gen V Season 2 on September 17, many are wondering exactly how the show will honor the memory of Perdomo.
