James Gunn Says 'Peacemaker' Season 2 Will Feature More Connections to 'Superman'
Peacemaker had a large presence at San Diego Comic-Con 2025, as the acclaimed HBO Max series is gearing up for the release of its second season in August. Now that James Gunn's Superman movie has finally hit theaters, fans can shift their attention to the next big project in the new DC Universe (DCU) canon. While the first season of Peacemaker didn't have much of a universe to build on, this upcoming second season is filled with connections to James Gunn and Peter Safran's burgeoning continuity. Interestingly, the co-chairman of DC Studios took to the stage in Hall H to tease the possibility of more characters from Superman overlapping in the upcoming season.
