They also follow on from the headline show he has scheduled for the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester on November 8, and after he tops the bill at the Live At Scurrier House series in Cornwall on August 23.
The new shows will kick off in Cardiff on March 24, with a stop at the Utilita Arena. They continue two days later (26) with a show at the M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, and again on the 28th with a stop at The O2 in London.

The album will be his first of entirely new material since 2018’s ‘Natural Rebel’ and follows 2021’s ‘Acoustic Hymns, Vol. 1’. So far, it has been previewed by the lead single ‘Lover’. Songs on ‘Lovin’ You’ were written by the former frontman of The Verve, and also produced by him, alongside Chris Potter and Emre Ramazanoglu.
In other Richard Ashcroft news, the singer recently responded to an Oasis fan who went viral after Shazaming ‘Bittersweet Symphony’ at one of the Cardiff dates. He then addressed the moment at the first Manchester gig, joking: “Get your Shazams out!”
Then, during one of Oasis‘ ‘Live 25’ sets, Liam Gallagher dedicated ‘Cast No Shadow’ to the one and only Richard Ashcroft”. Before then, Ashcroft revealed that Noel Gallagher told him that he was “the only person” who could open for Oasis at their UK and Ireland reunion shows.
